ProjectUP
A community project I co-founded to connect people with opportunities: 15+ partners and 450+ participants.
How it actually went.
The context
Community programmes need more than a good idea: partners, resources, volunteers and careful delivery all have to come together.
What I noticed
Information and opportunity aren't useful if the right people can't reach them.
What I did
I secured partnerships with more than 15 community organisations and coordinated programme logistics, volunteers and resources. Structured feedback from participants became part of how we improved delivery.
What happened
Feedback analysis informed changes that improved engagement, and multi-session programmes kept 95% participant satisfaction.
What I learned
Access is something you organise, not just something you announce.
What comes next
The work continues.
Good things often start with a conversation.
Have a question, an opportunity or a wonderfully complicated problem? I'd love to hear it.
